Multi-GRAMMY Award-winning singer/songwriter, Jason Mraz announced the North American leg of his upcoming "YES!" world tour, slated to visit an array of legendary venues around the planet including Detroit's Fox Theatre on Thursday, November 6 at 7:30 p.m. The tour is in support of Mraz's hugely anticipated new album YES! arriving tomorrow in stores and at all online retailers. Shows will also feature backing from album collaborators, Raining Jane.

Tickets ($25, $45 and $75) go on sale Friday, July 18 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at OlympiaEntertainment.com, The Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena box offices, Hockeytown Authentics in Troy (without service charge) at all Ticketmaster locations and Ticketmaster.com. YES! marks what is perhaps the most unexpected and accomplished collection of the San Diego-based troubadour's already extraordinary career. Highlighted by the first single, "Love Someone," the album - which finds Mraz teaming up with his longtime friends, Raining Jane - is streaming now in its entirety via iHeartRadio.

As if that weren't enough, Mraz and Raining Jane will make two high profile TV appearances this week, including NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday, July 17th and NBC's TODAY "Toyota Concert Series" - broadcast live from New York's Rockefeller Center - on Friday, July 18th. Next week, Mraz's episode of Inside the Artists Den, shot at UCLA's Royce Hall last month, will premiere on Friday, July 25th via New York City's WNET (check local listings for other cities/air dates). The appearances follow Mraz's recent performance of "Love Someone" on the live season finale of Fox's American Idol and a profile of the singer/songwriter which aired on CBS Sunday Morning yesterday.

YES! was preceded by the recent release of We Can Take The Long Way, a short film which premiered last month via USA Today and is streaming now at Mraz's official YouTube Channel, http://youtu.be/0OfyQtaVpHA. Directed by Jeff Nicholas and Jonathan Craven and produced by The Uprising Creative (Justin Timberlake, Rihanna), We Can Take The Long Way features three songs from YES! including "Love Someone," "Hello, You Beautiful Thing" and "Long Drive." The stand-alone companion video accompanying "Love Someone" can be viewed at http://youtu.be/J74Y6kDDTkM. Furthermore, an exclusive series of acoustic performance clips, "Live @ Mraz Organics' Avocado Ranch," were released in recent weeks via Mraz's Facebook page (www.facebook.com/JasonMraz) and can be viewed now at www.youtube.com/OfficialJasonMraz.

Throughout the coming weeks, Mraz is encouraging fans to include the hashtag #SummerOfYES! and post "YES!" inspired photos to Instagram, stories on Tumblr, and memorable moments on Twitter. The San Diego-based troubadour's favorites will be featured weekly across his social properties, and all submissions will be eligible to win a variety of prizes, including tickets to the upcoming "YES!" tour.
