The Englert Theatre has announced Robert Earl Keen will perform tonight, March 3 at 7pm. An accomplished musician, Keen has built a reputation as one of the nation's finest musical storytellers.

Robert Earl Keen has been performing since 1981, paving the way for a generation of songwriters and performers who make a living on the road. His music paints portraits that are as vivid as sunsets over the great Southwest and stories that are as compelling and timeless. But what truly separates the Americana music pioneer from other songwriters is that he matches this lyrical literature with irresistible melodies, resulting in music that attracts thinkers and dancers alike. His songs are infused with such deep insight and humor that a new meaning and perspective is revealed with each listen.

Tickets are available online at englert.org or by calling the Englert Box Office at 319-688-2653.

Upcoming Events at the Englert:

December 31: The Fez (Steely Dan Tribute)
February 7: Keller Williams
February 8-9: The Second City
February 15: Harlem Gospel Choir
February 21: Mavis Staples
