Houston, TX band Rainchild will be opening for the legendary David Allen Coe at the 18th St. Pier, Bar & Grill in San Leon, Texas on April 30th.

Rainchild consists of four members with the raw and uncompromising drive to create music from the underbelly of ill emotions, vises, and hurt. Rainchild has shared the stage with numerous National acts: Hinder, Filter, Drowning Pool, David Allen Coe, Tantric, and many others. The band has also won rock band of the year from Houston's Radio station 94.5 The Buzz. Rainchild proudly supports: Homes for our Troops, Cherish our Children International, Rock for Warriors and the Houston Food Bank.

Rainchild consistently performs and is currently touring in their home state of Texas. Rainchild is proudly endorsed by D&A Guitar Gear and Austin Speaker Works.

Rainchild recently released their song "Watershed" along with their first music video with manager and producer Jim Finley. Rainchild has also been releasing a new #MusicMonday acoustic cover song each week for over a year and has an album forthcoming.
