Hershey Community Chorus Begins Rehearsals For Spring 2014 Concert

The Hershey Community Chorus is beginning rehearsals for its Spring Concert on Monday, January 20, 2014, at The Zion Lutheran Church at 100 W. Main Street, Hummelstown, PA. Registration will begin at 6:30 pm with rehearsal immediately following from 7:00 pm until 9:15 pm and will continue each Monday evening until the concert. New members are encouraged to join and all voice parts are welcome. The Chorus is a non-audition chorus with the only requirement being the love of singing and the fellowship of a great group of people. The registration fee which covers the cost of music is $30.00.

This year's concert is scheduled for Friday, May 2, 2014, at 7:30 pm, in The Hershey Evangelical Free Church in Hershey. The Chorus, under the direction of James Hoffmann, who has led the Chorus since the fall of 1986, will be performing selections from well-known Broadway Hit Musicals.

Registration will continue each Monday evening through January and the first two weeks of February.
