On the heels of their Strange Attraction EP released September 7th, Los Angeles alt-folk duo Freedom Fry share the official "Strange Attraction" video with NYLON today. Directed and filmed by the band themselves, the video explores the signs of attraction in six different steps - the look, seduction, heavy breathing, the chills, sweat, and loss of control. Freedom Fry comments, "We've never felt more sleazy than when we were directing this video, but in the best possible way. We wanted the video, like the song, to express the idea that it's okay to love whoever you want. We found 17 people and asked each of them to demonstrate the different stages of attraction. The last thing we asked each of them to do was make out with an invisible person. So they were actually kissing and licking the air in front of them to use for the split screen sections. One of the guys stopped halfway through and asked, extremely worried, "What is this for? ... I just want to make sure this isn't a porno."

Strange Attraction is a four-track collection that earned praise from the likes of Noisey, BlackBook, and many more. Staying true to the band's infectious sound, the EP is highlighted by pulsating electronic beats and the dreamy, melodic vocals of Marie Seyrat and Bruce Driscoll.
