Tonight Fitz and The Tantrums will perform their new fabulously contagious single, "HandClap," on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

"HandClap" - the first single from the band's self-titled album, out on June 10 via Elektra Records - is also featured in the national ad campaign for the FIAT 500X, which will run through this fall.

Praised by Entertainment Weekly for its "jittery, low down beat with spitfire verses and a surging, skyward hook," "HandClap" was #1 Most Added and Greatest Gainer for three weeks in a row at Alternative radio and is already #12* on the Mediabase Alternative chart. It climbed into the Top 5 of Spotify's U.S. viral chart - and within the Top 10 of the Global viral chart - in just a few short days and currently has more than 2.8 million Spotify streams.

Fitz and The Tantrums also announced that they will be playing the KROQ Weenie Roast on Saturday, May 14 at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA.
