ESPN's College GameDay Built by the Home Depot will get a visit from country music superstar Brad Paisley today, Nov. 1, when he stops by the GameDay set in Morgantown, W.Va., on the campus of West Virginia University.

Paisley will join host Chris Fowler and analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard for their winning picks segment leading into the weekend's biggest COLLEGE FOOTBALL games. The weekly three-hour Emmy Award-winning show (Saturday 9 a.m. - noon ET) will set up on the patio of the Mountainlair Student Union for just its second visit to Morgantown. Then, at 3:30 p.m., ABC will televise the Mountaineers' game against TCU.

Lee Fitting, ESPN senior coordinating producer, said, "Anytime we can get a star of Brad Paisley's stature on the show it is a huge win. On top of that, Brad is a West Virginia native and huge Mountaineers fan. GameDay's been on a great run this season with celebrity guest pickers and Saturday morning in Morgantown with Brad on our set should be very entertaining."

Corso's 250th Headgear Pick

Paisley's visit will coincide with another milestone for GameDay fixture, Lee Corso. On Saturday, Corso will make his 250th headgear pick in the show's history. Through the years, Corso has donned mascot heads, costumes and incorporated live animals into his highly anticipated picks segment. Dating back to his first official headgear pick on October 5, 1996, Corso is 171-78 in headgear picks. He is 7-2 this season.

A Musical GameDay

With Paisley's visit, College GameDay will have been visited by three of music's biggest stars this season. Kenny Chesney served as guest picker for the show's September 27 stop in Columbia, S.C. And pop music queen Katy Perry made a memorable visit to the set for GameDay's first visit at The Grove on the campus of Ole Miss in Oxford, Miss., on October 4.
