Viktoria, whose voice has been described by critics "as being one of the most beautiful of our generation," has written We're Still Young with Tony Coluccio, who is also producing and engineering the new (still untitled) album at GMM/City Beats Studio in New York City. She describes the song as "a happy, 'kick your shoes off and enjoy life song, something right for the summer and for anyone young at heart." Her debut album, all in Swedish and titled Se Mig ("See Me"), was released in 2006. Her first English language single, Dark Waltz, won the award for "Best Classical" at the 2011 Hollywood Music in Media Awards and now has over 200 000 views on YouTube.

This past April 29, Viktoria performed at the 115th Birthday Bash in NYC for Duke Ellington, personally invited by Ellington's granddaughter Mercedes Ellington, the famed dancer/choreographer who is founder and President of the Duke Ellington Center for the Arts in New York City.
