A-Mafia has released the "Straight Savage" mixtape. The 26 track project, presented by Coast 2 Coast Mixtape Promotion and hosted by DJ Kay Slay and Big Mike, is now available for download. The mixtape features A-Mafia with appearances by Byrd Lady, Shoota Cef Allah, Gotti Gator, Papoose, Killa Kyleon, 2 Chainz, Cam'ron, and more.

Abdul "A-Mafia" Holmes hails from Harlem, New York. He started freestyling at 15 to express his feelings and experiences from growing up in an unstable environment. After becoming involved in crime leading to almost 10 years in jail, A-Mafia decided to focus on his music.

Motivated by family and freedom, he uses his music to talk about what he has done to survive. He started Deep In The Game Entertainment (D.I.T.G.) with his partner Born to get raw New York street music out to the masses. A-Mafia is respected in most hip-hop circles and has done records with some of Harlem's most notable artists including Cam'ron, Jim Jones, Papoose, Hell Rell, JR Writer and .40 Cal.

Inspired by Big L, Dougie Fresh, Nas, and 50 Cent he has released a total of 7 mixtapes. His projects have received accolades from notable blogs and hip-hop publications. "Straight Savage" is A-Mafia's most diverse project to date. He will be releasing an album in 2013. Keep up with all A-Mafia updates by following him on Twitter.
