Actors Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort stopped by this morning's TODAY on NBC to talk about their highly anticipated new film, 'The Fault in Our Stars', based on the novel of the same name. The actors, who portray cancer stricken teens who fall in love, were joined by the book's author John Green.

Below, watch that appearance in which the threesome talk about the story that has caught the attention of fans worldwide.

The Fault In Our Stars hits theaters on June 6, 2014.

Synopsis:

Hazel and Gus are two teenagers who share an acerbic wit, a disdain for the conventional, and a love that sweeps them on a journey. Their relationship is all the more miraculous given that Hazel's other constant companion is an oxygen tank, Gus jokes about his prosthetic leg, and they met and fell in love at a cancer support group.
