Barbara Walters returned to ABC primetime with her popular long-running special, "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014," a two hour ABC NEWS SPECIAL highlighting some of the year's most prominent names in entertainment and pop culture. During the broadcast, it was revealed that Amal Alamuddin, better known as 'Mrs. George Clooney' came in at number one on the list.

The 36-year-old British attorney met 53-year-old Clooney at a charity event in Italy this past year and the couple were married in Venice, Italy on Sept. 27. While Alamuddin was not interviewed for the ABC special, Walters did play a clip of Clooney from a 1995 interview in which he asserts, "I'm never going to get married again."

Walters also interviewed Oprah Winfrey, Neil Patrick Harris, Chelsea Handler, and Scarlett Johansson for the special.

Since its first airing in 1993, "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People" has consistently been one of the highest rated specials of the year. Last year it dominated its 90 minute time period with Total Viewers and all key Adult demos, and drew its largest overall audience in three years. "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014" is executive produced by Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie. Bill Geddie also directs the program.
