TheWrap writes that Joely Richardson has joined the upcoming thriller MAGGIE as Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife and mother to Abigail Breslin, who plays a 16-year-old infected with a zombie virus.

MAGGIE, directed by Henry Hobson from a script by John Scott 3, is just starting production in New Orleans.

Richardson is well known for her portrayal of 'Julia McNamara' on FX's Nip/Tuck. Other recent credits include 2010's The Tudors, Anonymous, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and more.

Her next big screen projects include Thanks for Sharing, Paganini: The Devil's Violinist, Vampire Academy and Endless Love.
