Jesse Eisenberg Signs On For '30 Minutes Or Less' Flick With Aziz Ansari

According to Variety, Jesse Eisenberg has signed on to the film '30 Minutes or Less' alongside Aziz Ansari. Directing the film will be Ruben Fieischer. '30 Minutes or Less' is written by Matthew Sullivan and Michael Diliberti.

The film tells the story of a middle school history tearcher played by Ansari, and his unlikely sidekick a pizza-delivery boy, played by Eisenberg who are forced into robbing a back. Nick Swardson, Michael Pena and Danny McBride are also signed on to appear in the film.

Eisenberg made his Broadway debut as an understudy in a 1996 revival of SUMMER AND SMOKE. Eisenberg has also appeared onstage in the Atlantic Theatre Company's production of SCARCITY. Eisenberg also appeared in a workshop production of Lyle Kessler's  ORPHANS in Los Angeles.

On screen Eisenberg has starred in films such as 'Rodger Doger,' 'The Villiage,' 'The Squid and the Whale,' 'Adventureland,' and 'Holy Rollers.' Eisenberg is due to appear in the upcoming films 'Camp Hope,' 'The Ambassadors,' and 'Social Network' in which he will play Mark Zuckerberg.

Aziz Ansari stars as Tom Haverford on the NBC comedy Parks and Recreation. Ansari also created and starred in the critically acclaimed, cult MTV sketch show Human Giant. In November 2009, it was announced that Ansari and Jason Woliner will collaborate in developing three films with Judd Apatow and Universal Pictures. Ansari will appear in the films, and Woliner will direct the projects.
