AMTC Music Presents First Album SHINE Winter 15

On Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2015, just days after the announcement of The AMTC Show, Actors, Models and Talent for Christ will release their first album featuring 10 of their top performers. The album will be available to purchase on iTunes, Google Play and amazon.com, as well as most digital distributors.

The album's Executive Producer is Adam She, with John "Jontez" Montes serving as producer. "AMTC Music's debut album defines the phrase, 'unity does not mean uniformity'," says Adam She. "Ten artists from seven U.S. states and two continents unite to produce an album that includes more than a half-dozen music genres aimed at making good bolder. Excellent music and tasteful songwriting is not confined to the Christian/Gospel genre. This compilation proves it."

The album features a blend of eclectic artists with original songs ranging in genres from country, rap, pop, acoustic and more. All proceeds will go to AMTC's student fund, which helps aspiring performers get industry polish and spiritual preparation needed to survive and thrive in entertainment.

The first song being released belongs to pop/country artist Rodney Thurman. Seeking to redefine the country crossover music genre, Thurman's relatable music blends pop rock songwriting with tones of country and soul to create a diverse and unique sound. "The talent and character AMTC draws from its participants is truly incredible," Thurman says. "Being considered one of the first to lead AMTC music is a privilege I don't take lightly."

Another featured artist is Gideon Routh: a unique singer/songwriter who is originally from South Africa. In sharing his heart for AMTC Music Routh says, "I'm humbled to share this album with so many amazing artists. This record carries with it much more than just the creative aspect. It carries the weight of a people redeemed."
