Baby, it's cold outside. The deep winter chill has you longing for the comfort of a warm lodge, complete with bunk beds, wool blankets, cozy nooks, and a fireplace. No need to leave the city, head to the top of The McKittrick Hotel, home of Sleep No More and the fine dining restaurant, The Heath. The Lodge at Gallow Green is now open, a totally experiential winter warm-up.

Pine trees line the entry walk and when you first step inside, the rustic atmosphere is stunning. The Lodge at Gallow Green is so completely authentic, you may think you just drove 10 hours north to find a spot like this. The hotel's seasonal open-air rooftop bar, Gallow Green, has been enclosed and completely transformed.

This is the only place in New York City where you can sip the perfect drink like a Hot Toddy cuddled up in a bunk bed or relaxing by the fireplace. Step outside and stand by the blazing fire or take some time in the "Boat House" surrounded by warm sheepskins.

The Lodge at Gallow Green specializes in seasonal drinks, an ideal cocktail and spirits menu for this distinctive bar getaway. Small bites are also available. But honestly, it's all about the atmosphere and you won't find a spot like this anywhere else in the city.

The Lodge at Gallow Green is located at The McKittrick Hotel, 542 West 27th Street, New York, NY 10001. For priority access, call (212) 564-1662. For more information, and reservations, visit www.mckittrickhotel.com.
