Canton, Ohio - Indulge in the gARTen of Good & Evil on August 15, 2015 from 7pm to Midnight on the rooftop of the Cultural Center for the Arts and witness the wonder and excitement of this premiere event! In support of the Canton Museum of Art (CMA), the exotic evening will feature new original works from area artists and culinary samples presented by regional restaurants - all inspired and re-imagined from treasures held in the Museum's $25 million Permanent Collection.

"I wanted to connect a younger generation to the museum and continue to bring the Canton Museum of Art to the forefront of the arts in Stark County," said Lindsay Zimmerman, the event co-chair and founder of the HeART Guild, a new auxiliary group for the museum. The idea for forming this diverse group of volunteers came to Lindsay in 2014 when she began serving on the CMA Board of Directors.

"I am so excited about this fundraising extravaganza because this truly was the brainchild of the HeART Guild committee who bring so much talent, experience and passion for the arts!" she exclaimed.

Part contemporary art exhibit, culinary journey, and summer celebration, this fundraiser merges many modern and hip qualities into one extraordinary night! In addition to the dazzling artworks, luxury raffle items will be on display such as a Costa Rica Getaway for two, a brand new CHANEL purse, and a diamond bracelet from GASSER jewelers. Guests are encouraged to express their creative side on the dance floor while wearing colorful cocktail attire. As if this wasn't enough to bring you to the rooftop on August 15, there will be surprise performances all night long to tempt your good and evil side!

General admission tickets are still available, but VIP tickets are almost sold out. To purchase tickets call 330 453 7666 or order online www.cantonart.org/garten
