Tom McCaffrey's ADVENTURES IN COMEDY Comes to Streaming Platforms Today

Adventures In Comedy details the experiences of Tom McCaffrey as a stand-up comic and gives a glimpse into the harsh realities and struggles that come with following your dreams at any cost. The film features candid interviews with comedy legends including: Janeane Garofalo, Jim Gaffigan, Margaret Cho, Aisha Tyler, Ari Shaffir, Kurt Metzger, Michael Che, and many more.

The movie is the first of many feature length films Comedy Dynamics will release, reflecting the brand's desire to work with passionate people in the comedy space. Tom McCaffrey is well-known writer, producer and stand-up comic. The showbiz bug bit him at the age of ten when he performed on the Oscars alongside Irene Cara (AKA Coco, the girl who cried in the 1980 movie classic Fame). His television credits include appearances on Comedy Central, VH1, truTV, and the Fuse Network. He's written and produced segments for Comedy Central, Funny or Die.com and his writing has been featured on Comedy Central, The Onion and The Huffington Post. He's been published in the Random House book Rejected. Tom's appeared in the indie films Happy Life and Hellaware produced by legendary director Abel Ferrara (Bad Lieutenant). His short films have screened at the reputable LA Comedy Shorts Film Fest, The Atlanta Film Fest and the Hollyshorts Film Fest at Mann's Chines Theatre. His short "GREENpoint" won the Audience Choice Award at the Hollyshorts Film Fest New York Screening Series.
