In the new issue of Women's Wear Daily, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen finally break their silence on news of a recently announced updated version of their hit ABC sitcom FULL HOUSE, heading to Neflix.

According to the twins, who alternated in the role of youngest Tanner daughter Michelle, they only learned about the project this week when it was announced.

Said Ashley, "I ran into Bob [Saget] the other day and we didn't even talk about it." Mary-Kate added she was "shocked" that she had not been contacted by the new series executive producer and original Full House star John Stamos, who confirmed the news of the project on Monday night's JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE. Stamos also revealed his plans to guest-star on the show which will focus on returning cast members Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber.

Asked if they plan to appear on the new series, Mary-Kate tells Women's Wear, "I guess we're going to talk to the creators and see what's happening." Says her sibling, "I'm going to call [Bob Saget] and get his perspective."
