This Halloween, Jet City Improv is pulling out all the stops and adding some spooky twists to their most popular shows during three days of HALLOWEEKEND. Discounts on drinks and concessions await those who wear their costume to the theater and guests of all ages are welcome to attend, with tickets starting at just $12.

Twisted Flicks: "The Mummy"

Sat Oct 31, 7:30pm

Advance tickets: $12-$15

This Halloween-night-only performance of Twisted Flicks will feature a live re-dubbing of 1959's "The Mummy" based on audience suggestions. Anyone attending the show in costume will enjoy $1 off every item at the bar and concessions stand, and anyone not in costume will be invited to visit the Mummification Station to get outfitted in an instant mummy costume (making them eligible for the costume discount). Doors will open at 7:30 for the 8:00 performance. The film will run 90 minutes with no intermission.

Dead City Improv

Sat Oct 31, 10:00pm

Advance tickets: $12-$15

Death itself will host a very special performance of Jet City Improv's flagship show with this ghastly promise: if an improviser dies in a scene, they die for real. Once killed, each ghost improviser will have the choice of continuing to perform in their ethereal form or haunt the auditorium with a series of terrifying tricks and surprises for the rest of the night. Every ticket to the show includes a free candy bar (it is Halloween, after all) and anyone attending the show in costume will enjoy $1 off every drink and concessions item. After midnight, DJ Ryan Miller will be spinning the hits as guests are invited to drink and dance away the witching hour. Doors will open at 10:00 for the 10:30 show.

Black Flag Costume Week

Oct 29 and 30, 7:30pm

Advance tickets: $12-$15

Who says Halloween is only one day? Guests that attend the Thursday and Friday performances of Black Flag wearing any kind of pirate costume - just an eye patch will do it - will receive a free candy bar from the concessions stand and $1 off all drinks for the entire night of improvised pirate adventures. Doors open at 7:30 for the 8:00 performances.
