ImprovBoston unites over 90 internationally-renowned improv, sketch and standup comedy acts for the 6th annualBoston Comedy Arts Festival. From September 10-14, acclaimed acts from Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Toronto and more showcase international comedy talents on four stages across the city.
In addition to comedy performances at both ImprovBoston stages and the Oberon and Brattle Theater in Harvard Square, the festival includes workshops with festival headliners, a talk show with influential comedians from across the nation as well as industry panel discussions and a host of ImprovBoston-sponsored events. In addition to mainstream improv, sketch and comedy, the festival celebrates alternative comedy genres including musical improvisation, monologues, laser shows, puppet improv, family-friendly shows and more.

Laura Hall of Whose Line Is It Anyway (LA), Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (LA, NYC), Bri-Ko (Chicago, Second City), the Magnet Theater (NYC), You're The Expert (WBUR, podcast),
Chris Duffy (ImprovBoston alumnus and NYC standup), national mind-reading sensation Eric Dittleman (featured on America's Got Talent), and comedian
Jonathan Katz (Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist).
