For a magical and memorable way to celebrate Valentine's Day in a truly romantic setting, half a block from Central Park Bistro Chat Noir (22 East 66th St./www.BistroChatNoir.com/212-794-2428) is offering a special prix-fixe four-course dinner ($125 per person) featuring exquisite French cuisine. There are two seatings at 6pm and 8:30pm, reservations are required. Dinner also includes a glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne.

Tucked away just half block from Central Park and located in a Louis Candela designed townhouse, Bistro Chat Noir's cream stripped walls, crimson banquettes, and low lighting wrap you in a romantic glow while enjoying top-notch French cuisine made with the freshest of local ingredients.

On February 14th, Dinner begins with a delicious Amouse for the table; Appetizer options include flavorful French Onion Soup with guyere cheese crouton; Ravioles De Royan, mini cheese ravioli and black truffle garnish; Sweet Curry Lobster Salad; and Tuna Tartare with sour apples, avocado, jicama, wasabi, tobiko caviar, cucumber, and chopped Betel leaf.

Entrée options include Red Wine Braised Meyer Short Ribs with mashed potatoes and brussel sprout leaves; herb-crusted Rack of Lamb with potato gratin, merguez sausage and mint sauce; Seafood Risotto with lemon zest, asparagus, tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, shrimp, tuna & scallops; and a tender pan-seared Long Island Duck Breast with carrot, parsnip and eggplant puree trio, caramelized apples and white turnips, and a cumin & blood orange sauce.

Desserts include Chocolate Soufflé for Two with Valrona chocolate and creme anglaise; Profiteroles with vanilla ice cream and Valrona chocolate sauce; and Apple Tarte Tatin with French vanilla ice cream.
