Comix At Foxwoods Presents Alonzo Bodden, Now thru 3/22

Comix At Foxwoods welcomes back multitalented comedian and actor, Alonzo Bodden, for a weekend-long standup performance starting tonight, March 20. Bodden will perform nightly at 8 p.m. and will wrap up his stay with a special "Nasty"-themed show at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are currently available and can be purchased in advance for $20, $40 and $50. This show is for mature audiences only.

Bodden has performed comedy worldwide, including the Just For Laughs festival in Montreal and the Kilkenny Ireland Comedy fest with performances at Brighton Beach in the U.K. and in Sydney, Australia. He can be seen on the Game Show Network's new hit, Mind of A Man, while his brand new one-hour comedy special, Who's Paying Attention?, premiered on Showtime. He can also be heard as a regular panelist on NPR's "Wait Wait Dont Tell Me" radio show.

Introduced to America on NBC?s Last Comic Standing, Bodden was the runner-up on Season 2 before coming back to win it all on Season 3's The Best of the Best. Since then, he has been a regular on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and a favorite guest of Adam Corolla?s radio show and podcast. He?s also entertained the troops everywhere from Iraq to Greenland.

On the big screen, Bodden has appeared in several feature films, including "Bringing Down The House" and "Scary Movie 4." He's also hosted the Speed Channel's 101 Cars You Must Drive and the Travel Channel's America?s Worst Driver. Most recently, he filmed a six show stint on the upcoming seventh season on Showtime's smash hit, Californication.
