In light of the recent news regarding the passing of comedic genius Robin Williams, Comedy Works is planning to host two fundraisers in his honor on Thursday, August 21 -- two shows, two locations.

Oscar-winning actor and comedian Robin Williams rose to fame with the role of Mork in the acclaimed TV series Mork & Mindy, set in Boulder, Colorado back in 1978. '

In response to the tragic loss of this comedic icon, Comedy Works believes that his memory can be best served by helping others suffering from depression and contemplating suicide. Therefore, 100% of the ticket sales will be donated to the Suicide Prevention Coalition of Colorado (SPCC). The SPCC was formed in 1999 with the mission to reduce suicide and its impact for all Coloradans through advocacy, collaboration and education. http://www.suicidepreventioncolorado.org/
