Victoria Shade Announces Exclusive Early-Release Book Signing, 10/1-2

Amberjack Publishing announced today that the highly anticipated equestrian memoir, The Tale of the Dancing Slaughter Horse: A Memoir (ISBN: 9780997237771), by animal rights attorney and former national dressage champion, Victoria Shade, will host an early-release book signing at the Dressage at Devon event in Pennsylvania.

The tale follows a young Victoria Shade as she battles through the competitive world of dressage, not with a thoroughbred champion, but with a horse destined for the slaughter house.

In the midst of a tumultuous childhood with an abusive father, Victoria meets Moonshine, an ex-racehorse saved from the slaughterhouse and abuse. Shade will be available for book signings on Saturday, October 1 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday, October 2 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Books will be available for early-release purchase at the event, and will be released to the general public on October 4, 2016. The book is available to the trade through Baker & Taylor, Ingram, or Midpoint Trade Books.
