PKR Corporation's founder has completed the new book "The Trip Nahnook Took": an educational and captivating account of a polar bear's 1st annual hunting trip to the North.

After attending a private tour of the bear grottos at Brookfield Zoo in Chicago, PKR Corporation's founder was so impressed with polar bears he returned home from the tour and built a three-dimensional fourteen-piece puzzle of a polar bear. Not long after, tooling was prepared for injection molding, and the puzzle was mass produced. No other puzzle like it is available. The puzzle has been sold for over twenty-five years to gift shops, zoos and galleries all over the world. The story "The Trip Nahnook Took" was developed to complement the puzzle. A CD recording of the story was produced in a professional sound studio. The voice on the CD belongs to a professional actor in children's theater. A poster was designed to illustrate the characters in the story. For additional information regarding other PKR Corporation products please go to Page Publishing link:

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, PKR Corporation's fabulous tale is accompanied by luscious illustrations to accent the many new friends he makes along the way.

Every year in the fall, polar bears converge on the small town of Churchill in Manitoba, Canada. They wait in Churchill until the water in Hudson Bay freezes so they can begin their winter journey out on the ice to hunt for food. "The Trip Nahnook Took" is a story about a young polar bear's life after leaving his mother at age two and a half as is the tradition among polar bears when they become adults. Nahnook begins his first hunting season alone waiting on the tundra until the ice forms. Nahnook encounters many other animals on his travels during his first winter on his own.

Readers who wish to experience this delightful work can purchase "The Trip Nahnook Took" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, Google Play or Barnes and Noble.
