LAS VEGAS

In mid-western California, a silhouette steps out of the shadows, murdering the very people who have sworn to protect and serve the public - members of law enforcement. "Draw or Die" (published by AuthorHouse), the new crime novel from author Raymond Blackwood, tells the tale of Special Agent Karen Scott and her colleagues as they attempt to stop the mysterious serial killer before it is too late.

Mixing the sexual exploits of Karen and her ATF bureau agents with the oncoming threat of a serial cop killer, "Draw or Die" positions itself as a thrilling murder mystery with plenty of scandal and suspense.

Blackwood says he holds nothing back and isn't interested in leaving readers hanging. Despite a dedication to his fans, Blackwood's audience can expect more from the next installment in the Draw or Die series after the book's conclusion.

An excerpt from "Draw or Die":

"A mid-size Sequoia tree stood about twenty feet to his left. The lights from the house was causing the tree to cast a large shadow. Within the shadow was a silhouette of a person. It wasn't a large person. Was it a man or woman? The one thing Gordy was certain of, whoever it was, wore a large brim cowboy hat and a revolver that hung from the silhouette's side. What Gordy wasn't certain of, would he ever see his wife and daughters again. The silhouette tells Gordy, 'Draw Agent Simms or die!'"
