SIMI VALLEY, Calif.

As an executive responsible for recruiting and hiring some of the best minds available from universities across the nation, author Ted Bagley has observed a disturbing trend of senior workers leaving the workforce in significant numbers at a time when younger generations enter the stormy waters of corporate America. For him, a loss of this intellectual capital without a plan to harness a portion of it represents a significant risk to technical, medical, financial and legal superiority of the country. He adds that knowledge and education are the key elements to any successful endeavor.

In "The Success Factor," (published by Xlibris) Bagley gives an advanced look at the success factors needed to thrive and prosper in the competitive world of corporate America. It shares concrete examples to help fast-track careers and cover areas of employment and career development. A self-help book, it discusses what skills are needed to keep the position and grow successfully within the context of the new environment. It also reveals the internal strategic and political skills needed to succeed.

"The Success Factor" is intended to increase the successful integration of new entrants into an ever-increasing, diverse and competitive work environment. It will not only deal with getting the job through proper etiquette, interviewing, and pre and post job acceptance but also the political view of keeping it in a highly competitive environment.
