In "Moses, the Ten Commandments, and Me," Reverend and author Hal H. Eaton re-excavates the familiar turf of the Ten Commandments to highlight their undeniable relevance to modern lives, illuminating the writing of Moses within the contexts of language, history, and Moses' life experiences.

This book unravels the general misunderstanding considering the use of the Bible, the lack of appreciation for the central meaning of the Ten Commandments and the lack of any genuine analysis of the personality of Moses. It revolves around a popular theology of Biblical law; an unauthorized biography of Moses and a re-wording of the Ten Commandments.

With engaging illustrations pulled from 65 years of preaching and teaching, Eaton examines each commandment with reference to current political and social issues, extrapolating contemporary meaning from the ancient texts. Eaton shows, in relatable style, how these core directives apply perfectly to God's children in the 21st century.

Now, as then, the Ten Commandments are revealed to be the blueprint for happy relationships and living life as God would have us live it-that is, "abundantly."
