Business leader, best-selling author and communicator Mark Miller is happy to offer, for free, his new eBook,"Leaders Go First: 10 Ways You Can Set the Pace For Those You Lead." Committed to the idea that Great Leaders Serve, Miller targets his message as a reminder to leaders that their behavior matters - a lot.

In fact, says Miller, "People always watch the leader. They watch to see how we react, if we're trustworthy, what we think is important. Then, they take their cues from our behavior. If leaders believed in the power of their example, it could have a profound impact on the way they lead."

The eBook, a PDF, covers a variety of leadership topics including how to simplify, how to recharge your creativity and tips to help leaders be more courageous.

Miller is passionate about helping leaders grow, even as he continues to grow in his own role. "None of us have it figured out, but if leaders go first, others will follow. Once they put the principles of this book into practice, I'd like them to share their thoughts and experiences with me."

"Leaders Go First: 10 Ways You Can Set the Pace For Those You Lead" is published by Great Leaders Serve. It has 40 pages and is available, free, by signing up for it on the Great Leaders Serve site.
