At 13 years old, Melody Truong posted a quote on her Tumblr page saying, "I'm in love with cities I've never been to and people I've never met." Someone credited the phrase to best-selling author of THE FAULT IN OUR STARS, John Green.

Truong said to the Post-Crescent, "I was 13 at the time, about to begin high school, and was trying to figure out what I really wanted to do with my life. I know that now, looking back, it was an absurdly early time to be stressing out about such things."

Green's company DFTBA ('Don't Forget to be Awesome') started selling a poster with the quote and soon, Truong spoke up. DFTBA then decided to pay Truong royalties for the posted, including ones already sold.

In the video, Green said people attributed the quote to his book Paper Towns. Check it out below!
