Author Janet Lyso believes that there are always seekers for answers to the big questions, for example why? Where are you? There are empty wells and itching ears waiting for God's call. In "And the Word Became Flesh" (published by Xlibris) the author has created an inspirational read that urges readers to receive God into their lives to learn of his plan for mankind.

"And the Word Became Flesh" reflects on the great sacrifice of God the Father in sending his only begotten son on earth to save humanity. This book addresses the unrest that is running rampant in the world today and was created by the author as her way of reaching out to people in their times of trouble and showing them God's grace and compassion. The author also hopes that this offering will spur the readers to realize their true calling to live with God in one ear and the neighbor in the other.

A quote from "And the Word Became Flesh:"
"Many say Jesus is the reason for the season, to which I offer this thought: No! God had his plan to send his Son into the fullness of time because we are the reason for the season. It is because of us in any season of life that He came to live and dwell among us to offer Himself and give hope to a dying world...pick on the thread of destiny that belongs to all of us from birth, to death to new life.

This highly enlightening book combines memorable Bible verses with music references. The contents of this book were provided to the author through God's guidance and vision and to help readers to realize that although life may seem hard and cruel God's love is everlasting, that in humanity' helplessness humanity turns to him in the attitude of living in dependency on His leading to whatever comes next that makes life big as a result of Christ birth.
