"Shadow of Tunguska: Hill of Great Darkness Book II, The Final Chapters" (published by Archway Publishing) completes H. C. Beckerr's saga that weaves together the tale of the surviving crew members of the space craft Magellan as they wake up in a top-secret lunar base station.

Beckerr says he wanted to tell a science fiction story based on his ethical and spiritual values - one, "With no offensive language and relying upon story instead of sex."

Combining elements from current world crises with a society struggling to make sense of a truth that seems to lurk just beyond a façade, "Shadow of Tunguska," offers readers a glimpse into what Beckerr suggests the near future might look like. "Everything is not always as it seems to be," he says. "However, the truth is always out there."

It was around nine p.m. local time and he was settled, rather cozily, around a small campfire. The embers and sparks were floating lazily up towards the stars of the night sky.
