Author Gerald M. Reiche believes many people are not living the lives they want, lives that fulfill their needs. Luckily for those people, Reiche has pulled from his life experience and time as a practitioner at a center for spiritual living, to bring readers his guide, "It's All About Me: An Interactive Guide to a Happier, More Fulfilling and Successful Life" (published by Balboa Press).

"I have a gift for you," Reiche says to his readers. "It's a book I wrote to help you answer all those questions about life's purpose, finding fulfillment and getting past those blocks that have been in the way of success."

Reiche believes many seminars or self-help books have the pitfall of focusing on other people or things, not just the person seeking assistance. In "It's All About Me," he focuses only on the reader in an attempt to help him or her identify what it is that is holding his or her life back. He believes that many people of today's society are distracted or unfocused, which leads to a lack of motivation. He traces this ailment back to the self-imposed limitations, something he aims to eliminate with his book.

Throughout his book, Reiche hopes to drive home the point that no one has limitations in life that can hold him or her back, only those limits he or she imposes upon him or herself.

"There is nothing you cannot be, do or have," Reiche says, "if you will allow it into your life."
