HarperVoyager presents George RR Martin and Robin Hobb in conversation on Tuesday, 19 August 2014 from 19:30 to 21:00 (BST) in London.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The person buying the ticket must be over 18 years old and all attendees much be 12 and over. Photo ID may be required on entering the venue.

What can't I bring to the event?

  • Backpacks
  • Books for signing purposes (there will be no author signings)
  • Beverages in bottles or cans (glass or metal) exception: 1 sealed bottle of water per person
  • Alcohol
  • Video cameras or recording devices
  • Computers or laptops
  • Food (except in limited quantities, or for medical, dietary or infant purposes)
  • Weapons
  • Animals (unless a service animal)
  • Flags, banners or signs
  • Any materials constituting unauthorized advertising or promotion
  • Aerosol cans, noisemaking devices, laser pointing devices

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Tickets are non-transferable. Upon entry to the Event the Ticket purchaser will be required to present valid photo identification to prove that he/she purchased the Tickets.

No refunds will be given other than if the Event is cancelled. No booking fees or postage costs will be refunded.

Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, you do. These will be checked on entering the venue. Plus Photo iD may be required. Also, note:

  • Keep your Ticket safe. No duplicates will be issued if yours is lost or stolen.
  • Tickets are only valid when purchased from Evenbrite. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
  • Tickets may not be transferred to another person.
  • Tickets may not be used as a prize, for marketing, sales or any promotional purposes except with the prior written consent of HarperCollins. If a Ticket is presented in breach of this clause HarperCollins has the right to a) refuse admission to the holder of the Ticket (Ticket Holder) b) remove the Ticket Holder from the Event or c) confiscate the Ticket from the Ticket Holder. No refunds will be given.
  • Strictly no trading or any other kind of commercial activity is permitted at the Event without HarperCollins' prior written consent.

What is the refund policy?

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
