Frankie J. Holtz-Davis holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work Education. She is a practicing Certified Clinical Domestic Violence Counselor III, Supervisor of Domestic Violence Programs, Family Conferencing & Domestic Violence facilitator, Certified Mediator; and, co-author of San Francisco City & County's Human Services Agency's Domestic Violence Service Protocol. She is also the author of several professional position papers & manuals. She has held adjunct professorships over twenty-five years, through California State University systems; and, taught graduate level social work practice at California State University, Long Beach, California.
