After decades of living with chronic pain and receiving a stage four cancer diagnosis, John W. Cardano did the impossible: he survived. He recovered.

In his new book "The Fabric of Health: Pain, Cancer and Personal Relations", Cardano shares practical solutions and philosophy for people facing unbeatable medical diagnoses. Through spiritual and holistic approaches to health, Cardano provides fresh insight to readers searching for relief.

"Life changes as we change the attitudes, emotions and views that dominate our lives," Cardano said. "Well-being is obtainable through conscious awareness."

Cardano began researching alternative health solutions such as meditation and breathing due to his own need for relief from combat injuries sustained in Vietnam. He now focuses on helping other people stabilize their health issues and reduce chronic pain, urging them to develop personal relationship with themselves.

Cardano supports his philosophy with visual charts and poems describing how emotions and the body work together, which help readers thoughtfully interpret key messages.

"We are a spiritual being having a physical adventure with mental ability and an emotional power system." Cardano said. "We can choose to respond with harmonious emotions, which steadies our relations and health."

Cardano's narrative is a resource that inspires readers to recognize the healing power within. For more information, visit http://www.naturalrelations.com.
