Celebrity chef Thomas Gosney has recently released "Method of Procedure: The Guide and Techniques for Excellent Cuisine" (published by Xlibris). This new book is a dynamic and innovative new age cookbook with a different twist.

Gosney's passion for cooking and food has given him a colorful career. His professional experiences include being an AAA Five Diamond Chef and a private chef for many high end clients with vast nutritional needs like Shaquille O'Neal throughout his championship career. Throughout this time, people contacted him for recipes and advice on cooking. As he analyzed the problems they were having, he realized most of the issues were in the "method of procedure," the step-by-step process in preparing the recipe. He began writing down his favorite recipes, perfecting them time and time again and this resulted in his cookbook.

"Method of Procedure" focuses not just on the recipe but in the process itself. It is similar to having a private cooking class with Gosney. The author's approach is fun and easy to follow, making his work perfect for chefs and cooking enthusiasts of any level.
