Author Cara D. Brown is taking her 2013 juvenile fiction book, "Isabelle's Wish" (published by iUniverse), on a tour of international book fairs in 2015 to increase awareness and readership.

"Isabelle's Wish" will be at the Beijing International Book Fair in Beijing, China, from Aug. 26-30; the Frankfurt Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, from Oct. 14-18; and the Guadalajara International Book Fair in Guadalajara, Mexico, from Nov. 28-Dec. 6.

Brown tells an inspiring tale of bravery, mystery and acceptance through a brother and sister's unexpected journey. As Isabelle and Zachary walk home from school one day, they discover a haunted house. Upon further exploration, the siblings find a woman inside the house who looks just like their mother. From there, they embark on an investigation to uncover the doppelganger mystery.

Written for ages 9-12, "Isabelle's Wish" depicts the relationship between Isabelle and Zachary growing stronger as they work together to solve the mystery.

"I think every child can relate to having a brother or a sister or knowing someone with a brother or sister and wanting to get along with them," Brown says.
