The two embark on a dangerous odyssey into the criminal underworld, the syndicates whose power and influence have reached the highest halls of power thanks to their lucrative and illicit enterprise. Unexpected plot twists and turns await readers as Harper draws from real life experience to provide them an authentic portrayal of the life-threatening adversities the investigators face in their pursuit of justice.

About the Author
From October 1969 through December 1979 the author J.C. Harper worked sporadically with the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Police Department, due to other governmental and foreign obligations. During this time he rose to the rank of Police Sergeant, earned two gold badges, worked for the Department's Internal Affairs Unit and for over seven years as a non-uniform police investigator in their narcotics division.
