Antoinette Calwonsen, an experienced and passionate author, has completed her new book "If I Only Knew": an inspirational and heartwarming book of poems that allows the reader to soak in the good in the world, and to remember to be happy with what they have.

This compilation of the author's poems is a continuation of more inspirational and positive poems she has written in her later years. Antoinette entitled it "If I Only Knew" and dedicated to one of her best friends who died too young. She was an inspiration to Calwonsen and she attributes her friend's ability to laugh & find fun to her amazing zeal for life. Calwonsen may have never published her first collection of poems "Charge It To My Heart" if it weren't for her love and support.

Antoinette says "I have such a new found appreciation for every day I wake, I am so blessed with family who never gave up on me, fabulous friends who fill my world with hope and unconditional love. My hope is that the same is true with this book as with my first. I wish all good happenings for one and all. May your life feel as blessed as mine." A wise Psychologist once said to me "If one poem helps one person feel less lonely, then it's all worth it."

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Antoinette Calwonsen's moving collection reminds and encourages the reader to find the joy in the world and to live each day full of passion and life.

"If I Only Knew" is two years of a continuation of Antoinette Calwonsen's poetry since the publication of her first collection, "Charge It To My Heart". Antoinette is 54 now, more mature as a poet and human being. She hopes that the reader finds encouragement and faith within these 60 poems. May the reader, find and realize their blessings everyday. Thanks to all who read this book and for taking the time out of their life to share in Antoinette's story of poetry.
