Alexey Vasilyevich Trekhlebov Releases 'Legends of the Phoenix'

Looking to answer questions asked by listeners of his lectures, author Alexey Vasilyevich Trekhlebov decided to pen "Legends of the Phoenix: Tales of Forgotten Past" (published by AuthorHouse), a complete guide to Russian heritage, culture and spiritual self-improvement regardless of any religion.

"The central topic of this book is heritage of ancestors of the Slavs and Aryans," says Trekhlebov. "It is about the opposition of the forces of Light (culture) to the forces of darkness (civilization). The book also describes the events from the time of Earth's settlement; the ancient to modern Russia.

About the Author
Alexey Vasilyevich Trekhlebov was born in 1957 in the town of Armavir, Russia. He studied the art and science of self-development with the help of different teachers, ancient Vedic texts and his own personal experience. His passion for alpinism was shared with yoga and spiritual practices. In 1990, he helped athletes climb Mount Lhotse - the fourth highest mountain on Earth.
