Two friends embark on a journey to a faraway world inhabited by an alien race in "Journey to NORA" (published by AuthorHouse), the new science fiction adventure by debut author A.J Fenical.

Scientist Dr. Howard Higgins made an important discovery about an alien race called NORIANS from the planet NORA, and his subsequent mysterious death has left his son, Shawn, to deal with the implications of his father's findings.

Shawn Higgins and Stewart Collins have been best friends since childhood. Determined to uncover the truth behind Dr. Higgins' untimely death, the two boys make their way to the international space station and journey to the planet NORA. They meet a memorable cast of characters as they uncover the truth about what Shawn's father was working on before he died.

An excerpt from "Journey to NORA":

"Shawn rides through the back alleys of his hometown of Edgewater, Florida. Knowing he can't go home because the men will surely be there waiting for him, he stops at a pay phone to call his best friend, Stewart. Stewart Collins has been Shawn's friend for years. He is a bit crazy in the way he does things, how he dresses and how he acts. But he is dependable. As Shawn waits for Stewart to pick up the phone, he nervously looks around for any sign of being followed. Finally, through the phone he hears a loud, 'Hello?' It was Stewart."
