One of Australia's foremost entertainers, David Campbell is coming to the Queensland Cabaret Festival with his Broadway idol, John Bucchino. In a deeply personal and intimate show, Campbell and Bucchino will share the Concert Hall Stage at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) for one night only on Friday 6 June, 2014. Campbell and Bucchino talk about their lives, careers and the songs that have bound them together.

David Campbell and Broadway composer John Bucchino have performed across the globe together over the last twenty years and the concert coincides with the release of Campbell's brand new album David Campbell sings John Bucchino.

David Campbell currently hosts television's Mornings program with Sonia Kruger on Channel Nine and has won three Helpmann Awards, an ARIA award and has four platinum-selling albums to date.

John is one of America's most beloved composers and his songs have been recorded by everyone from Liza Minnelli to Art Garfunkel and Kristen Chenoweth. His work has been performed around the world and has taken centre stage at Carnegie Hall, The Metropolitan Opera, Sydney Opera House, London's O2 Arena and also at the White House. Most recently, he was commissioned by Danish producer Soren Moller to compose music and lyrics for 'Esaura'.
