Rumor here in Orlando recently has been that Mad Cow Theatre, in conjunction with the Orlando Symphony Orchestra was courting Christine Ebersole to play Ms. Lovett in a concert performance of "Sweeney Todd" alongside David Gaines as Sweeney at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center.
Well, looks like the rumors are true. While nothing is official, Ebersole's official website e-mailed a confirmation that they were "working on it" to the Orlando Arts Blog at orlandoartsblog.blogspot.com

Hah, I saw Sweeney Todd at the Mad Cow Theatre like a year ago...somewhere around there...they're doing it AGAIN?
Well, it was the hands-down best production I have ever seen...so I guess I can see why they'd do it again. And with Christine Ebersole, I mean, sweet.
