Either of these really worth seeing over an actual play?

Secret has an immense amount of high reviews on show score but I'm not sure if that's because they comped a lot of members. Nobody really gives out much info about what happens besides mind reading. Is this more than just typical John Edwards type stuff we've all seen before? Anyone care to spoil more about what happens in the show? I tend to rather be spoiled some if it's interesting enough to actually get me to see it.

And In and Of Itself sounds more autobiographical which is making me lean towards skipping it, but supposedly something big happens at the end? Anyone want to somewhat spoil that as well?

Thanks for any help.

It's more David Copperfield than John Edwards. In that it's about the performance of magic and mentalism than attempting to convince the audience that he is actually communicating with the beyond.

There is a lot of audience participation/interaction. Things like him "reading" people's questions in sealed envelopes, anticipating their answers or actions.

If you enjoy that kind of thing, it is an exceptionally good time.
