I keep checking iTunes every couple days hoping they'll set a pre-order option up, but nothing. I feel like we've been spoiled with the way a lot of shows have dropped a song or two to get you to pre-order.

^That would be amazing, but I doubt it'll happen. I'm going to see the show next weekend so I might check and see if the physical copy is available at the theater by then.

Broadway Records is the exact opposite. It may have something to do with the title, not something on the label's part."
I'm not sure what you mean. I can vividly recall several release days of Broadway Records albums where it wasn't on iTunes for several days after the release. No other label has those problems. They may blame iTunes but...
For anyone who has ordered a pre-order through BroadwayRecords - about when do they generally ship orders and do you tend to receive them before the release date?

Anyone think Christy sounds almost like she's holding back in JOURNEY TO THE PAST? The final verse doesn't sound as powerful as it does live. Almost like it was recorded TOO intimately? I had the same issue with some of the COLOR PURPLE recording.

I think you and I are getting at the same issue, though I don't think the issue is with Christy, it's with BR. They all sound muted...canned, for lack of a better word. Like they were recorded in a closet.
Definitely agree re: Journey to the Past during certain parts of the song, it sounds like she was not as powerful as what we've heard in videos so far.
Gosh, it's good to hear "Stay I Pray You" in professional quality finally.

Yeah its such a great score but I wish it was more full sounding.
Alright time to listen to In My Dreams over and over.
I have to agree with JTTP. I'm very disappointed that the raw emotions and the power that she commands on stage are not there. It's too pretty. Christy nailed In My Dreams vocally and emotionally, so I don't know what happened with Journey.
