Received a Telecharge offer via mail yesterday and got 2 balcony seats for $99 plus fees. I was surprised to get the offer but delighted as I didn't think tickets were available. Is this show not selling out or was I just lucky?

This is a very restrictive code though. It's only good for 10 weeks over a 3 month period and not until the show is 5 months into its run. Plus the discount is minimal: $14 off mezzanine seats and $10 off balcony seats.

It's basically sold out at this point until at least late June. I got the same offer.
Maybe but at the same time $99 for balcony seats are expensive, in my opinion. It's one of those instances where it's probably best to save up another $80 or so just to get a seat where you can see Bette's facial expressions.

That's interesting. That's the reason I was confused that they were even offering these "discounted" mailings. I know this time period is traditionally a slower time for ticket sales but I thought this show and Bette's star power would be beyond that need. But I suppose it's cheaper advertising that tv commercials.

I paid $79 for balcony row B on the side aisle, so I'm not seeing how these are discounts. Unless they are just sending out advertising to sell more. I bought for when Donna Murphy is in it though. Don't know if that makes a difference.

Still no word if Murphy will be filling in during Midler's vacations or if the show will be dark for those 3 weeks.
