No, not the pigeon. He might be a close second tho.
IMHO, the best part of BroadwayCon is seeing people really find a home, a place where they feel accepted as they are -- and finding other likeminded people. I know it sounds corny, but it's so needed in these, well, unsettled times.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on my musings on the way Broadway comes together at an event like this -- plus I have a killer photo gallery, if I may say so myself (oh hey, Josh Groban, Ben Platt, Chita and the cast of "Hamilton."
Haha. OMG. How long was the pigeon inside? I only knew about it when the closing ceremony video played!
I appreciated how BroadwayCon acknowledged not only that kids have a place to fit in, but this was a place to get away from all the external tumult while also not ignoring it.

Agreed. I think they struck a nice balance of acknowledging what was happening in a general sense, but also actively working toward that refuge. Melissa Anelli did a great job of summing up what that meant in a broader sense and what would be good moving out of the BroadwayCon "bubble."
I wonder a bit if there was specific game plan or just likeminded people.
I saw the pigeon inside on Friday during my lunch break. This was by the food area around 1:30-3pm. I forget when I saw him flying around again during the mainstage or that he was a thing until I saw a few tweets.
