Just booked a quick New York trip for three nights in late Feb
The Belasco theatre has discounts for The Glass Menagerie is the front row of the balcony ok, or would I be better off booking somewhere else...PS the price is $55.00 bucks including fees.
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

I would wait and look for other discounts later. It will probably be on TDF if you're a member. You will also probably be able to grab a better seat for a few bucks more through the Today Tix app.
But I would avoid the balcony because of possible obstructed views.
...avoid the first row of both the Mezzanine and Balcony, as an unfortunately placed railing can block your view. Yelp reviews also speak about possible blocked views from balcony.

The balcony at the Belasco is my least favorite balcony on Broadway. The sight lines are pretty bad, and it is VERY high up.
