He's either on vacation or he's gone from this world. Both are possible, only one is probable. Feel free to choose whichever one helps you sleep at night.
I'm confused how a ten year old private conversation has the Republican establishment clutching their collective pearls, when all the relatively recent very public comments about Rosie O'Donnell and other women go unchallenged.
If this is what brings Trump down, I'm all for publicizing it 24/7, but I'd really like to understand why this is worse than calling women Fat Pigs and worse in public forums.
Cannot speak for any Republicans as I am not one but I would suggest it has more to do with the sexual (and graphic) nature of these particular comments. To me, it seems that's the line drawn in the sand.
I pray he doesn't drop out, as I fear many would vote for Pence..and he is NO better.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

This is really quite an eventful weekend. Ryan and Preibus are so proud of signing the Women's Anti Violence bills, and now they un-invite Trump for the rally today. Even though the tapes are 10 years old it still shows Trump as a "60 year old" privileged a$$hole.
The NYT actually printed the "words" on the Front Page. (If this was a skit on SNL or Comedy Central, they would be prohibited from saying these same words on the air).
Erin Burnett giving the shock treatment to Nell Scottie Hayes; this one is only 6 years ago, while he is married (and Melania probably pregnant at the time). Women are coming out at Cosby-like speed; instead of roofies Trump just used tic-tacs. This is from The Hill.

The weird thing is I think that would have a far less negative effect on Trump than it did on Bill Cosby. The allegations against Cosby produced a significant cultural feeling of betrayal of the "family man" front, but Trump has never been a "family man" as conservatives might prefer. Neither in reputation nor fact. Trump, on the other hand, quite publicly appeals to the lowest male "privileges" of monetary and sexual conquest. As JerseyGirl2 suggests, I bet a significant portion of Trump's supporters would become even more enamored with him as more allegations of sexual assault surface.
The question, however, is how conservative/GOP women react. I suspect many will just brush it off as "they must have asked for it."

I was thinking that. There MUST be more out there.
If the RNC were to somehow engineer a Trumpexit, would Pence stand a chance? Especially considering early voting has already started. Could he even get on the ballot, or is he automatically bumped up? I'm a worrier by nature, but this election continues to give me nightmares.

According to the bylaws of the RNC, no, Pence can't just run on his place. I'll see if I can find the article again....

Trump seemed quite defiant yesterday, so I don't see him quitting. I think it's more likely Pence drops out, trying to salvage his political career. Trump would probably try to replace him with one of the sycophants from his inner circle, like Giuliani or Christie.
By thew way, Giuliani is hitting all the Sunday morning talk shows, replacing Priebus and Conway on a couple. Conway has been conspicuously absent over the last 48 hours.
Regarding process, my understanding in the unlikely event of a Trump exit, the RNC would convene and choose a successor, which would almost certainly be Pence. That said, ballots are printed and voting has begun in some states, so it may be impossible to get Trump's name of the ballot in most places. Write-ins would almost certainly have to be the mechanism.

I don't want to be a spoiler but I wouldn't put a fork in Donald Trump until he drops out or loses on November 8th. Even though it has been fun watching this unprecidented campaign meltdown. It couldn't happen to a more deserving *hole.
I have a few friends in the UK and they were certain Brexit was going to fail. And polls were indicating it would fail too. They were stunned when it passed. I think there are some people who are embarassed to say they are voting for Trump so he might be underperforming in polls.
I work in a high school. On Friday I went on a hiking field trip. As we were hiking, one of the teachers who came on the trip revealed to me that he was voting for Trump. This is a young teacher in an inner city high school. He has long hair and "today" tattooed on his inner arm. He's a great teacher, the kids love him, and he always seemed pretty liberal. I think I was able to talk him out of voting for Trump (also we were in the woods so we were unaware of the latest controversey) but I was shocked that someone like him ever even considered it.
I guess all I'm saying is don't get lazy and think this is in the bag. There's still work to be done.
On another note, I'm not your typical straight male, but I've been around a lot of "locker room" talk in my time. And as crude as it can get, it doesn't involve jokes about sexual assualt.
My favorite moment of that horrific video (that hug is the stuff of nightmares) is when Trump is waiting at the bus door for it open and Billy Bush says "pull the handle". The moron doesn't even know how to open a door.
Tonight at the debate, Trump will be like that creature at the end of the horror movie with several bloody limbs hacked off, intent on inflicting as much damage as possible, because he has nothing left to lose.
